This is our Free diagnostic service for the 4GB,8GB and 16GB Zune. If you are not sure what is wrong with your Zune, or if you just want a Technician to look at it, send it in and we will diagnose it for you.
Soon after we receive and unpack your Zune, a Technician will diagnose it to determine what is wrong. Once the diagnosis is done we contact you with an estimate for your Zune repair. No work will be performed without obtaining your approval first.
If you choose to have your Zune repaired, you get Free Priority Mail return shipping, and a 30-day guarantee on all repairs.
If you choose not to have your Zune repaired, that is okay too. The diagnosis is Free, but there will be a $10.00 shipping and handling charge to return it.
