No, not any longer. We can repair anything on a Zune 30, but the other models are all affected by a shortage of motherboards. In the past, we were able to repair all problems with every model, but motherboards have become too difficult for us to obtain. So there are some Zune problems we won't be able to repair.

What is your guarantee on Zune repairs?
All repairs are guaranteed for 60 days from the day you receive your Zune back from us. If the part we replaced fails within these 60 days, return your Zune to us and we will replace it again for free. If it turns out a different part has failed, we instead will be contacting you with a repair estimate.
What is the turnaround time for Zune repairs?
We'll diagnose your Zune and report back to you within 7 days of receiving it. When you reply and payment is finalized, we will repair and ship your Zune within 1 business day. Standard return shipping is Priority Mail, 2 to 3 days. Overnight Express mail is available at additional cost.
What is your return policy on Zune repairs?
We do not offer refunds or returns on completed Zune repairs. Repair services are guaranteed for 60 days.
Will my music, videos and pictures be at risk while you are working on my Zune?
We use every precaution to preserve your data, but there is a risk of loosing it all during any internal Zune repair. Try to sync or backup your Zune before sending it in. We have a very high success rate when it comes to saving your data, but we simply cannot guarantee it. Data loss usually occurs with hard drive failures. Most other issues can been repaired while keeping your music and data safe.
What brand of parts do you sell and service Zunes with?
We only have OEM parts, the same parts Microsoft uses. Some parts are brand new and some are re-purposed. Either way, all Zune repair services and Zune players come with a 60 day guarantee. All parts and accessories come with a 10 day return policy.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can send us an email, but you probably won't need to. We stay in touch with you via email throughout the process.
What if I need to cancel my repair work order?
No problem. If we have not diagnosed your Zune yet, there will be a $10 fee for return shipping and handling. If we have diagnosed your Zune, there will be a $20 fee for the diagnosis, shipping and handling.
