Cracked glass? Buttons not working correctly?

The colored front case on the Zune 80 contains the navigation buttons and the clear glass screen that protects the LCD. Altogether it is replaced as one piece, like you see in the picture.

Common troubles:

- The touch feature on the center pad is not working
