How does this process work?

You start by filling out a new Work Order. Then you pack and ship your Zune to us with a copy of your order. Shortly after your Zune arrives we'll send you an email to let you know we received it. Within 7 days we will diagnose your Zune and send you a second email with our findings.

Then you decide from these 3 options:

You can have your Zune repaired. The diagnosis is free, return shipping is free and all repairs are guaranteed for 60 days. You can pay for service with PayPal, check or money order. Once we receive cleared payment we will repair and return your Zune within 1 business day.

You can have your Zune returned. There is a $20 fee for the diagnosis and return shipping.

You can sell us your broken Zune. We can always use spare parts, just let us know if you are interested and we will provide you with an offer.
