Zune 120 Repair Service

We can repair anything that is wrong with your Zune 120. However, there is one possible issue. There is a 20% chance the front case may break during disassembly. The clear glass may crack, or some of the internal side-clips may break. The Zune 80 and 120 players have different front case designs, the 80 has screws to secure it closed, the 120 does not. Also, the plastic material is different, the 120 case is much more fragile. The clear glass is part of the front case, replacing broken OEM glass with new OEM glass is not an option.

If the front case breaks, maybe you won't mind. You just want your Zune repaired for the least amount possible.

If the front case breaks, maybe you'll want it replaced. If so, the entire front case will need to be replaced, for an additional $30.

Most of the time it is not an issue. We just need to provide a clear understanding.
