Condition:  Very clean, in like-new condition. The front glass and rear case are scratch-free. The button area may have some light rub marks, and there may be a tiny imperfection or two somewhere on the Zune that's hardly worth mentioning. Overall, these Zunes are in excellent condition.

Shipping:  Free to anywhere in the continental USA. Your Zune will be packaged well. It will be delivered via Priority Mail which is 2 to 3 days to most USA locations. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns:  Accepted for any reason up to 14 days after you receive it. Customer pays for return shipping. Money will be fully refunded upon successful inspection.
